What are the tour hours?
Fixed hours: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 A.M, 12:00 P.M, 1:00 P.M, 2:00 P.M, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM.During certain seasons, we also open at 8:00 A.M and 5:00 PM
Are cameras and cellphones allowed on the tour?
We have implemented a no cameras and cellphones policy for safety reasons since all our experiences are outdoors and involve a level of interaction and risk, for which we strive to ensure the safety of our clients. We also offer private tours where access is allowed since there is no risk to the health or quality time of other participants there.
Are there food and beverage options available?
Yes! We have a full cafeteria with healthy food, a fast-food area, vegan food options, and a bar area all available for purchase. We also have our new Beach Club where you can enjoy a delicious buffet on tours that include food.
What if I have a child below the minimum age?
Vista Espléndida’s Kids Club is renowned for its exceptional service. Enjoy your tour with peace of mind, knowing your little ones are having just as much fun as you are.
The Vista Espléndida Kids Club is available for babies from 6 months old to children up to 12 years old, offering age-specific activities such as cake and cookie decorating, ceramic painting, board games, iPads, Xbox, a movie room, nap areas, and much more.
COMPLETELY FREE for parents or guardians participating in any of our tours.
Our babysitters are fully trained and certified in CPR.
